Major tax reform is occurring in 2018. Are you prepared? We invite you to participate in our
tax reform discussions. Discussion points include:
- What are the Individual Provisions in the new Tax Act?
- What are the Business Provisions in the new Tax Act?
- Pass-through Entity Deduction-Explanation and calculation.
- How will the tax reform impact you?
The agenda for the Annual Meeting will also include the nomination and election of board members, the presentation and voting on an amendment to the by-laws and any other business brought before the member for consideration and discussion.
Our speaker is Cynthia M. Kula, Senior Tax Manager, with Walthall Rea. With more than 40 years of public accounting experience, Cindy has spent the majority of her career concentrating in taxation. A graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science in computer and information science, Cindy is a frequent speaker to and writer for industry, business, and community groups and trade associations. Cindy is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, The Ohio Society of CPAs, and The OSCPA Scholarship Committee.
