As an attorney, Stella was involved in discrimination/harassment, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and other employment law cases. In her recent consulting role, she works with a variety of industries and organizations advising employers on workplace policy best practices and conducts HR audits and training to ensure clients take a more proactive approach to employment matters.
